Scripture Reading: Isaiah 45:2-3
“I will go before thee and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron. And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the LORD, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel.”
Reflections: The phrase “I will go before thee” is a profound assurance of God’s active presence in our lives. It declares His role as our divine guide, preparing the way and ensuring that every step we take leads to the blessings He has ordained for us. This is not a random promise but a deliberate act of divine orchestration to lead us into uncommon, good things, often from unexpected and unimaginable places. Consider how God directed the wise men with a star to find the Messiah (Matthew 2:9-11). Psalm 37:23 reminds us that “the steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord.” God’s guidance is a demonstration of His love and sovereignty over your life. He goes before you, not just to direct your steps but to ensure that nothing hinders your access to the uncommon, good things He has prepared. Trust in His leading, remain obedient to His word, and watch Him bring you into blessings beyond your imagination.
Prayer: Lord, thank You for going before me and preparing the way.
Confession: I walk in divine guidance, accessing uncommon, good things from unexpected places.
