The leadership and management structure of the church is currently made up of:

  1. Office of Elders.

The board of elders is responsible for ensuring that the ministry fulfills its core mission through developing strategy, monitoring performance and ensuring church financial accountability. The Board of Elders is overseen by the Senior Pastor. The general role of the Board of elders principally is to assist the Senior Pastor in discharging strategic governance and administration of the church. Serving as an Elder is a renewable yearly commitment based on performance and adherence to the ethical code of Elders.

  1. Office of Deacons.

The office of Deacons is mandated to assist the Pastors in discharging their duties. These duties among others are aimed at ensuring that members of the church receive direct and personal pastoral care. Serving as a Deacon is a renewable yearly commitment based on performance and adherence to the ethical code for church officers.  The office of Deacons is overseen by the Resident pastor in charge.

  1. Office of Heads of Department.

The mandate of the Office of Heads of Department is critical to the survival of the different ministries and arms of the church. The office plays a significant role in assisting the Pastors in managing the areas of ministry within the church and helping people to serve God effectively with their gifts, talents and skills. Serving as a Head of Department is a renewable yearly commitment based on performance and adherence to the ethical code for church officers.  The office of Heads of Departments is overseen by the Resident Pastor in charge.

All members of the leadership and management team are engaged and guided by clear and documented terms of references. Policies and procedures manuals also exist to guide the operations of the church.
