Scripture Reading: John 9:5
As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.

Reflections: As Jesus and his disciples trudged along a road, they saw a blind beggar by the roadside. His disciples picked up a conversation around this scene and asked Jesus if he knew the cause of the man’s blindness. In answering, Jesus found a way of connecting them to his objective in life. He informed them about his function as a light to the world and proceeded to minister healing to the blind man. An ordinary conversation was therefore used by Jesus Christ as a platform to convey his objectives in life and to demonstrate its fulfilment. Jesus never lost sight of his objectives in life. An objective can be defined as something aimed at or sought ( a goal). It became a key driving force of his success in ministry. It is essential to be objective-driven in life. It will make you adept at identifying and utilising opportunities to achieve your dreams in life. Don’t lose sight of your objectives in life.

Prayer: Dear Lord, help me to be objective-driven in life.
