Scripture Reading: Act 3:7
And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength

Reflections: His feet have been limp since birth. Completely helpless, he always begged for money at the temple’s entrance. As Peter and John passed by one day, Peter commanded him to stand and walk in Jesus’ name. Peter followed his command by grabbing his hands and dragging him to his feet. As soon as he submitted to the activity, he was immediately cured. One thing was evident: nothing occurred as long as he remained seated following the command to stand. From this story, we gather that changes arise due to initiated actions. Thus if you want to see results in life, you must be action-oriented!

Prayer: Dear Lord, help me to be action-oriented in life.
