Scripture Reading: Zec 5:7-8
And, behold, there was lifted up a talent of lead: and this is a woman that sitteth in the midst of the ephah. And he said, This is wickedness. And he cast it into the midst of the ephah; and he cast the weight of lead upon the mouth thereof.

Reflections: In this prophetic vision of Zechariah, he saw a basket hovering over the vicinity. As the lead cover of the basket was lifted up, it became evident that the basket was actually carrying a woman. An angel of the Lord who identified and labeled this woman as ‘wickedness’ moved swiftly to close up the basket with the lead cover. This shut the door of wickedness and prevented its operations against the lives of people. It is evident that much as evil over mankind is masterminded from the realm of the spirit, angels of God stand in readiness to shut the open doors of such wickedness. Any basket of wickedness with the lead cover lifted up to frustrate your life shall surely be closed up by divine intervention and driven away.

Prayer: Oh Lord, let your angel shut and drive away from my life any open basket of wickedness.

Confession: No basket of wickedness can operate against my life.
