Wednesday, 21st June 2023: Your rejection in life will not stop the manifestation of your destiny!

Scripture Reading: Act 7:35 This Moses, whom they refused, saying, who made thee a ruler and a judge? the same did God send to be a ruler and a deliverer by the hand of the angel which appeared to him in the bush.

Reflections: Moses was one of the most important and valiant figures in the Old Testament. He is recognized with exceptional leadership qualities and anointing that freed the people of Israel from their more than 400-year slavery to the Egyptians. It’s interesting to note, though, that he faced obstacles along the way to greatness. The book of Act’s author emphasizes Specifically, his 40 years of experiencing rejection, a phenomena that typically has a negative impact on one’s emotional stability and submits that this did not prevent Moses from rising to become Israel’s leader when the time was right. God finally sent him back to Egypt 40 years after he was turned down to deliver them. He was therefore found to be the saviour of the same people who had rejected him while growing up. Like with Moses, no amount of rejection in life can prevent your destiny from coming to pass. Until your destiny calls, keep moving and focus on what you can do.
Prayer: Thank you, Lord, because nothing—not even rejection—can prevent me from fulfilling my destiny.
Confession: rejection in life cannot stop the manifestation of my destiny
