Reflections: In his teachings, Paul explains how we can lead a life that pleases God by renewing our minds. He emphasizes that we must change the way we think before we can genuinely renew our minds, and the key to this is breaking away from the worldly standards that govern our thoughts. To align our thoughts with God’s will, we must first disassociate ourselves from the behaviour and customs of this world and fully submit ourselves to heavenly standards. Once we do this, our thoughts will naturally align with divine standards, leading us to take actions that please God.
