Scripture Reading: 2Chronicles 13:15
Then the men of Judah gave a shout: and as the men of Judah shouted, it came to pass, that God smote Jeroboam and all Israel before Abijah and Judah.
Reflection: The army of Judah realized they had fallen in great danger. When they looked around, they saw Jeroboam’s army attacking them from both in front and behind. They knew it was only divine intervention that could save them at this time. To engender this, they all lifted up their voices and just gave out a shout. As they shouted they believed God for a supernatural move. Their faith was rewarded. God came through and took over the battle. The battle therefore ended in favor of Judah. Even though shouting is just a mere noise making venture, God chose to manifest his power through it because it was faith based. You can also employ the use of shouting in your spiritual battles. As long as it is faith based and spirit led, God will come through for you! Don’t keep your mouth shut whenever you have to give God a shout! Go ahead and give God a shout!
Prayer: Lord, I thank you that I can shout out to you for divine interventions to take place in my life.
Confession: I will not keep my mouth shut whenever I have to give God a shout!
