Tuesday, 2nd April 2024: Choose to walk with God even in an evil and corrupt environment!

Scripture Reading: Gen 6:9
These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.

Reflections: During Noah’s time, there was a lot of corruption and evil in the world. Demonic influences were prevalent, which resulted in a lot of sin as there was no human government to prevent it. Additionally, no written scripture or church guided people towards righteousness. However Noah was exceptional. He is described as someone who walked with God. By this description, It is understood that Noah had fellowship with God and took God at His word and did all that God commanded. In the same way, despite our current evil and corrupt world, we, too, can have a deep fellowship with God. Unlike Noah’s time, we have access to the Bible and church, which can help enhance our spiritual growth. The choice to walk with God is ours.

Prayer: Dear Lord, help me to keep walking with you.

Confession: I walk with God.
