Tuesday, 11th April 2017: Those who resist the manifestation of the testimony of your life shall be disappointed!

Scripture Reading: Matthew 27: 65-66
Pilate said unto them, Ye have a watch: go your way, make it as sure as ye can. So they went, and made the sepulchre sure, sealing the stone, and setting a watch.

Reflections: Soon after the burial of Jesus, the Chief Priest and Pharisees, conspirators and instigators of his death surfaced on the scene again. They will not even leave his dead body alone. They remembered the promise Jesus made before he died that he will rise again and wanted to do everything possible to prevent this testimony from taking place. They therefore requested that his tomb be sealed and guarded. On the third day however, they had a shock. The presence of an angel from heaven put the guards to flight and had the seal on the tomb broken. They could not stop the resurrection of Jesus from taking place. It was imminent and unstoppable. Just as the tactics of the Chief Priest and Pharisees could not prevent the resurrection of Jesus from taking place so will your enemies fail in their enterprises against the testimony of your life. Those who resist the manifestation of your testimony shall certainly be disappointed. Your testimony is powerfully advancing and approaching.

Prayer: Oh Lord, disappoint the conspirators of evil against my life and testimony. Let my testimony speak to your glory.

Confession: No testimony ordained by God for my life can be prevented from taking place.
