Thursday, 9th February 2017: Hope will enable you to cooperate with the word of God!

Scripture Reading: Exo 6:9
And Moses spake so unto the children of Israel: but they hearkened not unto Moses for anguish of spirit, and for cruel bondage.

Reflection: Hope is a ‘feeling of expectation and a desire for something to happen’. It represents possibility. It keeps you high spirited in the midst of challenges and enables you to keep looking out for a way of escape. Its absence has the power to delay or halt your breakthroughs in life. When Moses arrived in Egypt to bring deliverance to Israel, he found his people in a hopeless state. They were so anguished in spirit that they had lost all hope of ever encountering freedom. Due to this they failed to cooperate with him at the initial stages. The lack of hope will disengage you from cooperating with the word of God and this can delay your miracle. No matter what happens, believe in the possibility power of God. It will keep your hope alive and enable you to cooperate with His word which is needed to turn around your condition. Keep your hope alive!

Prayer: Dear Lord, help me to keep hope alive in my life.

Confession: All things are possible with God. I am hopeful in life. I hope in His word. I cooperate with His word. I encounter miracles in life.
