Thursday, 10th August 2023: Be relentless in the pursuit of your goals!

Scripture Reading: Hebrews 10:39 But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition, but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

Reflections: The writer of Hebrews submits that ‘we are not of them who draw back unto perdition’. The Greek word translated ‘draw back’ is ‘hoop-os-tol-ay’, which means to withdraw. The implication is that we must be relentless in pursuing our faith. A relentless person is determined to do something and refuses to give up until that mission is accomplished. Such a person is ready to overcome obstacles, endure hardship, and create new trails to succeed. You must become relentless as long as you have goals to achieve in life. It is your path to achieving victory!
Prayer: Dear Lord, I thank you for your grace to remain relentless.
Confession: I am relentless.
