Deliver me not over unto the will of mine enemies: for false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty.

Reflection: You must disengage false witnesses from your life!David discovered that his enemies operate by engaging the services of false witnesses. How true this is even for today! A False witness is simply someone who tells lies about you to others. The falsehood creates untold challenges and Problems in your life. Remember, Joseph went to prison because of false witnesses(Gen 39:29). Stephen was set up by false witnesses which eventually led to his death (Acts 6:9-15). Naboth lost his life through the instrumentality of false witnesses hired by Jezebel (1kings 21: 9-12). False witnesses must therefore be disengaged from our lives by divine power! This is what David sought to do as he cried to God to deliver him from false witnesses. Make it your cry too! You must disengage false witnesses earmarked for your life!
