Scripture Reading: Romans 8:11 (KJV)
“But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.”

Reflections: The resurrection of Jesus Christ stands as the greatest demonstration of God’s power. It was the Holy Spirit who raised Him from the dead, proving that death is not the final authority. Paul reminds believers that the same Spirit who raised Christ from the dead dwells within us. This means that the life-giving power of God is at work in us, bringing renewal, strength, and ultimately, resurrection. Life’s challenges may sometimes make you feel weak, weary, or even close to giving up. Sickness, stress, and discouragement can take a toll on your mortal body. But the promise in today’s scripture assures us that God’s Spirit does not only reside within us—He actively revitalizes us. He brings healing to our bodies, strength to our souls, and the hope of resurrection beyond the grave.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, Let Your Spirit quicken me, bringing healing and vitality to every area of my life.
