Scripture Reading: Ezra 7:10
“For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the law of the LORD, and to do it, and to teach in Israel statutes and judgments.”

Reflections: Ezra’s life was marked by purpose and intentionality. He didn’t allow distractions to derail his calling. Instead, he devoted his time and attention to studying, obeying, and teaching God’s Word. This focus not only shaped his destiny but also positively impacted the people of Israel. This verse reminds us of the importance of giving our energy to things that align with God’s plan for our lives. Just as Ezra prepared his heart for God’s purposes, we must prioritize what truly matters and avoid distractions that hinder our growth and effectiveness.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, help me to invest my time in things that shape my destiny and bring glory to Your name.
