Scripture Reading: Proverbs 29:18
Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.

Reflections: The author of Proverbs asserts that a vision is so essential that without it, one is likely to perish. A vision is either to have an impression of a desired future or to receive critical information through a revelation. Regardless of how one interprets the term “vision,” it nonetheless provides direction and guidance. Successful living is, therefore, incumbent on the kind of direction and guidance one follows. Without it, one will likely run amok and miss out on a progressive lifestyle. Have a vision and remember to always develop and pursue goals that will help you achieve it!
