LScripture Reading: 2 Tim 3:14-16
And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

Reflections: In a heartfelt manner, Paul commends Timothy for his deep love for the word of God and his profound knowledge of it. He takes a moment to remind Timothy of the pivotal role that wisdom, gained through knowledge and application of scripture, plays in one’s life. Paul acknowledges that Timothy has demonstrated this wisdom since childhood and urges him to continue doing so. As Paul notes, the wisdom imparted to us through scripture comes from its ability to instruct and correct us, giving us the strength to make the right decisions and lead us deeper into the path of godliness. Therefore, by its ability to enable us to make the right decisions in life, scripture is nonetheless a wisdom activator. Like Timothy, if you keep up with it, you will remain wise!
