Reflections: Life is all about discovering and living out your purpose. When speaking about his purpose as a preacher, declaring the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, Paul noted that his conviction and passion were not based on clever myths but driven by his personal experience with the supernatural. He audibly heard God’s voice and saw Jesus transfigured in glory, chatting with two Old Testament personalities, Elijah and Moses (Matther 17). Encountering the supernatural is crucial in helping you live out your life’s purpose. It gives you the courage to carry out what God puts on your heart besides validating it. Similar to Peter, you too can be enabled to fulfil your life’s mission through a spiritual encounter. An encounter is a life-changing event that leaves a lasting impression on you and directs your behaviour.

Prayer: Oh Lord, let me have an encounter with you and the supernatural.
