Scripture Reading: Act 13:10
And said, O full of all subtlety and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?
Reflections:Paul preached to Sergius Paulus, a city official on the island of Paphos. He realized he was having a hard time getting this man converted. He quickly discovered the reason why. Bar-Jesus, a sorcerer was intercepting the will of Segius Paulus in the spirit. Paul labeled him as an enemy of all righteousness and moved straight into action. He rebuked and cursed his manipulative mechanisms. Immediately Bar-Jesus became blind and this paved the way for Sergius Paulus to be saved. There are enemies of all righteousness around us preventing us from fulfilling set goals in our lives. Any such enemy must be stopped. Stop them before they stop you. Like Paul, arise through prayer to stop the enemy of all righteousness in your life.
Prayer: By the anointing of the Holy Spirit, I rebuke and disengage all enemies of righteousness from their evil works.
Confession: No enemy of all righteousness can withstand goals set for my life.
