Scripture Reading: Gen 41:15
And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, I have dreamed a dream, and none can interpret it: and I have heard say of thee, that thou canst understand a vision to solve it.
Reflections: Life had been rough, rugged and tough for Joseph. Despite these, he still held on to his integrity and faith in God. Held bound in prison due to false accusations, he had no idea of what was transpiring in the life of the king of Egypt that would eventually lead to his freedom. The king had had a strange dream that no one could interpret. The search for an interpreter, therefore, became an opportunity for Joseph to be freed. God had set all this up. Joseph was recommended for the job and brought before the King. With ease and spiritual expertise, he executed the task to the admiration of everybody. This led to his immediate appointment to the enviably position of prime minister. It takes an opportunity for anyone to break through in life. An opportunity is a ‘time or set of circumstances that makes it possible for you to do something’. Like Joseph, God will create and bring opportunities your way so you can breakthrough in life!
Prayer: Dear Lord, I thank you for opportunities that get me into my destined heights.
Confession. I enjoy a life of opportunities. I make it to the top!
